Sharzelos Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sharzelos website, platforms, courses, certifications, verification services, and partnerships (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Sharzelos Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About Sharzelos

Sharzelos is an education standards and learning organisation that designs courses, sets learning standards, awards certificates, and operates verification and institutional partnership frameworks.

2. Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 16 years of age (or have appropriate consent), provide accurate information, and use Sharzelos Services only for lawful and ethical purposes.

Sharzelos reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse, misrepresentation, or abuse is identified.

3. Courses and Learning Materials

All course content, learning materials, frameworks, assessments, and intellectual assets provided by Sharzelos are proprietary.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose materials without written permission, claim authorship, or use materials to create competing products.

4. Certificates

Sharzelos issues certificates to learners who meet defined requirements under its learning standards. Certificates may indicate Core Competence or Professional Mastery and reflect learning achievement at the time of award.

Certificates do not constitute professional licensure unless explicitly stated.

Sharzelos may withhold, withdraw, or invalidate certificates in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct.

5. Sharzelos Verify

Sharzelos Verify is the official certificate verification system of Sharzelos and confirms authenticity, certificate level, course title, awarding authority, and institutional affiliation (where applicable).

Verification does not guarantee employment or replace employer due diligence.

6. Sharzelos Partner Schools (SPS)

SPS indicates institutional participation and alignment but does not grant authority to issue Sharzelos certificates independently or transfer ownership of Sharzelos standards or materials.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Where applicable, fees must be paid as stated at enrolment or agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Sharzelos may revise pricing with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including content, frameworks, standards, certificates, logos, and branding remains the exclusive property of Sharzelos.

9. Conduct and Integrity

Users must not misrepresent qualifications, engage in dishonesty, or undermine trust. Sharzelos may investigate and act on suspected breaches.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sharzelos Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Sharzelos is not liable for decisions made based on participation/certification or outcomes such as employment or promotions.

11. Privacy and Data

Use of Sharzelos Services is subject to the Sharzelos Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

Sharzelos may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise stated.
